The Prall's

We had my friend Bobbi and her kids over the other night for dinner. The kids sat at Cadence's pretty flower table and painted some Christmas ornaments while dinner was cooking. I made some great chicken nuggets and sweet potato fries. The nuggets were delicious and came from a recipe book called Deceptively Delicious. I would put a link to the book on here but I'm not really sure how (Jen where are you?) It is all about hiding vegetables in your food so your kids will eat them. I know you're probably saying Cadence is too young to know the difference and that's what I think but she somehow knows that green things are good for you and she doesn't want to eat them. So, this book is perfect! I can't wait to try more recipes. The kids has a blast with one another.

Funny

Cadence learning how to stick out her tongue.

NeeNee

Some pictures of Cadence with her HUGE Mickey and Minnie dolls. She just loves them, even though they are bigger than her!

Dress for Nana

Cadence got this pretty dress from her Nana (Jon's mom).
Cadence has been covering herself up lately with blankets. She got this new blanket from her Uncle Adam, Aunt Holly and cousins KK and Nicole. She loves it!

Christmas

Here are some pictures of Cadence on Christmas morning. She didn't want anything to do with opening her gifts. She wanted us to open them and give her what was inside of them. We found these Mickey and Minnie dolls (about 2 feet tall each) for super cheap at Walmart and we couldn't resist. It was a Mickey Christmas this year and was a great sight to see her eyes light up with everything Mickey! I don't think she'll ever get sick of Mickey or neenee as she calls him.
So tired after all of the gifts

This is the closest we could get her to opening a gift.

We watched the Mickey Parade in the morning.

Christmas Eve

For Christmas Eve, the Schlinger's had us over for gifts and delicious dinner. We are so grateful to have them in our lives. We had a great night with some great people! Cadence had a blast playing with the kids also. Here's Cadence listening to Lea's new ipod with Kim

I think I broke my back with this one.
